Mental Health First Aid
This is a certified program of the Mental Health Commission of Canada and is part of The National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, as well as Post-Secondary institutions.
The courses are designed for adult and youth audiences, and help build mental health literacy, decrease stigmatizing attitudes, improve workplace health and well-being, and help individuals identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness. It's a must for anyone especially those in the health and social science fields.
Trauma-Informed Approach
